In an era defined by pressing global challenges and an evolving landscape for higher education, this panel will examine how institutions are navigating complex issues from affordability and accessibility to the integration of artificial intelligence. Drawing on their experiences at the helm of public, private, and international institutions, panelists will address how universities are advancing their missions amid financial pressures, share insights on emerging fields of knowledge, and discuss how universities are forging interdisciplinary partnerships that extend far beyond their walls—engaging with industries, governments, and local communities to introduce innovations and to create, preserve, and share knowledge.
