Inauguration Weekend included community volunteer opportunities, academic symposia, and open houses outlined on this page. A number of activities took place on or near Yale’s campus the weekend of April 4-6, independent of the inauguration.
Saturday, March 29 & Wednesday, April 2
New Haven Community Days: A partnership of United Way of Greater New Haven and Yale Day of Service celebrating the inauguration of Maurie McInnis, 24th president of Yale.
Led by the Yale Alumni Association and United Way of Greater New Haven, volunteer activities in the New Haven community, on Yale’s campus, and in the global alumni community will celebrate the important connections between Yale and the City of New Haven.
